1. It's unavoidable to have some regrets in life. A lot of times we regret it when we have lost something or look back to the past, but there's no undo button in life. We should look forward to a new week and give ourselves chances at a new start.
2. When you're looking at someone succeeding and improving, don't let it affect you negatively. Instead of thinking "that person is improving more" and giving up, you should think about "how can we improve and succeed together".
3. When you think about a task, there are only two options, to do it or not do it. If you choose the second option and not do it, then you will face this question again and again. Since there are only two options, it's best to save time and save yourself from stress.
4. In the end, we live to old age by ourselves. But somewhere in the middle, a person will appear in your life and accompany you for the rest of it.
5. Watching people around you succeed could feel frustrating. But life is like a game of poker, you can't guarantee that you will have a good draw. No matter if it's a bad hand you should still keep playing because, in the end, this means that you will be the winner at life.
6. At times you might feel like you're by yourself in this world, but in reality, you have people who love and care for you surrounding you.
7. If you really love someone you should be courageous and tell the truth. Otherwise, it would be more painful.
8. I hope we could become an existence that could be each other's source of strength.
9. We should treasure every friend we have around us. Care for them and make sure they are okay, and try our best to be there for them.
10. Loneliness can also teach us many things. As long as you stay courageous, you can overcome loneliness.
11. In university, you should try out different things. Only if you try them out then you can find out what you truly love.
12. Nowadays, people have been taking care of our environment more. People now use paper straws but the downside of paper straws is that they get out of shape. Recently, there is a store that uses water spinach as a straw! This solves the environmental problem!
13. Sometimes just a word of support can give us a tremendous amount of strength
14. As long as you have a kind heart, your coworkers will notice this too.
15. I believe no matter how hard it is if it's the route you choose to go for you'll be able to push through till the end.
16. Having a friend to stick up for you is very lucky, so I hope your friendship lasts long. It's very admirable. I hope you'll be like your friend, when someone needs help, stand up for them, cheer for them, help them.
17. It's not good to laugh at someone. Don't use someone's weakness as a joke.
